Certification terms

1. Requirements

To be certified, a page must meet the following criteria:

  • its name is clear and matches the brand or person represented;
  • the applicant is the trade mark holder or their duly authorised representative;
  • its links are accessible, readable and understandable;
  • its appearance is consistent with the identity represented;
  • it carries a clear description of the activity;
  • it is public.

If any of these criteria is missing, the request is refused.

2. Request and answer

The request is made from the workspace, on the page concerned. Only one request can be under review at a time for a given page.

An answer is given within a reasonable time. While a request is pending, a new one cannot be submitted: please wait for the answer.

3. Appeal

If you believe a request was wrongly refused, write to certification@tinylink.fr giving the address of the page and the evidence supporting your request.

4. Withdrawal

Certification is attached to the identity represented at the time it is granted. If the page’s content changes to the point of no longer matching that identity, certification may be withdrawn and the page blocked.

Certification is also withdrawn in the event of a breach of the terms of use.
