Questions about the plans

Can I change plan along the way?

Yes, at any time, from the Subscription tab of your workspace. The change takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated.

What happens if I go back to the free plan?

Nothing is deleted. Pages and links beyond the free plan’s ceiling simply stop being published (the oldest ones stay active) and come back as soon as you take a higher plan again.

Is there a commitment?

No. Monthly plans are cancelled in one click and the yearly plan runs to its term, with no forced renewal.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Stripe: French and international cards. TinyLink never stores card details.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Your first subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, no questions asked. So is a forgotten yearly renewal, within 14 days of the charge. Everything is set out in the refund policy.
