- Decide first where the code should lead: a menu, a form, a page. If that destination is likely to change, aim the code at a short link rather than at the final address.
- Create an account, open the page or the link concerned, then click Generate a QR code under its Advanced options. The PNG file downloads straight away.
- Test the code with your own phone, at the print size you plan to use and on the final material, before the print run. Check the contrast between background and modules.
Your colours, your logo
At generation time you pick between the classic look, with no logo or with the TinyLink one, and your own templates. It is the template that carries the appearance: background colour, module colour, square, rounded or dotted modules, and a logo at the centre. Saved once, it is offered again at every generation, for the same result on the poster, the flyer and the business card. Templates come with the Pro plan.
The code is printed, the destination is not
The code encodes the share address, never the final page. As long as that address does not change, the code stays valid, and it is the destination of the short link that decides what the visitor sees. A seasonal menu, a price, an opening time: the same code on the table all year. Every scan shows in the statistics, with its origin.

Frequently asked questions
Is the QR code free?
Yes, as a PNG, on every plan. On the free plan it is temporary: it stops redirecting seven days after the page or the link was created. From the Starter plan it stays valid with no time limit.
Which error correction level is used?
Level H, the most tolerant one, with a four-module margin around the code. Both settings are fixed: they are what leaves room for a logo at the centre without making the code unreadable.
Can I get a vector file?
SVG export exists from the Pro plan, for the printer and for large formats; the pricing page compares the plans. The PNG comes with the QR code as soon as the code itself is available, and covers screens and small print runs.
What exactly does a QR code template set?
A name, a description, the background colour, the module colour, their shape — squares, rounded or dots — and an optional logo. Nothing else: no margin, no error correction level, no file format. There is no default template.
