Frequently asked questions
What happens if I delete a style?
Attached pages get back the identity they had before the style. The style’s banner image is deleted.
Can I edit a page that follows a style?
Its identity fields are locked. Edit the style to change all its pages, or detach the page to set it on its own.
Are styles in the free plan?
No. Components and page styles are reserved for paid plans.
Does a style apply to pages in another environment?
No. A library style only covers pages in its own environment. Moving a page to another environment detaches it, and its look does not change.
Does the style carry the page logo and links?
No. Logo, name, description and links stay with each page. The style carries the colours, the fonts, the header layout and the banner, which is therefore the same everywhere.
Can I start from a page I have already styled?
Yes. On the page, Appearance tab, pick Custom, then create a style from this identity. The look in place becomes a library style, and the page is linked to it.
