3. What the service does

TinyLink lets you create link pages, shorten addresses, generate QR codes and follow how they are used.

The service has a free plan and paid subscriptions. Prices and the contents of each plan are on the Pricing page; the terms of sale are in the terms and conditions of sale.

4. Intellectual property

The structure of the service, its interfaces, texts, code and graphic elements belong to the publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content published by users (texts, images, links) remains theirs. Each user remains responsible for the rights attached to what they publish.

Third-party trade marks and logos appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep published information accurate and the service available, without being able to guarantee that it will be free of interruption or error.

TinyLink hosts links and content published by its users. Under article 6-I-2 of the French LCEN, the publisher does not carry out general monitoring of that content and is liable for its unlawful nature only from the moment it has actual knowledge of it.

Published pages point to third-party websites over which the publisher has no control. Visiting them is the visitor’s sole responsibility.

6. Reporting unlawful content

Any manifestly unlawful content can be reported to contact@tinylink.fr. To allow prompt handling, the report should describe the content precisely and give its address.

Manifestly unlawful content is removed promptly after verification, and the account behind the publication may be suspended or deleted.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data, the recipients, the retention periods and the rights available to you are described in the privacy policy, which also details the use of cookies.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law.
