Frequently asked questions
Does a guest need an account?
No. The invitation goes by email; the account is created by following the link, already verified and already a member.
Who pays for the plan?
The environment’s owner. Their ceilings apply to the whole environment.
Can I transfer an environment?
Yes, to another administrator member.
Can a page be reserved for certain members?
Yes. A page’s Access tab limits it to a list of members. The others do not see it in their lists; administrators always keep access.
What does a reader see?
The environment’s items and their statistics, in a read-only editor: the action buttons are disabled. A reader creates nothing and changes nothing.
How many members can I invite?
It depends on the plan of the environment’s owner. The counter at the top of the Members tab shows the seats taken, pending invitations included. The Plans page has the detail.
