Three roles, one owner
You created the workspace, you can hand it over. Your members get one of three roles, and an administrator changes it at any time.
- Administrator: the workspace, its members, what is visible
- Editor: pages, short links and tags
- Reader: items and their statistics, hands off
One invitation, and the person is in place
They already have an account: they get a notification and accept. They don't: a sign-up link, an account validated on the spot, and they join the workspace right away. You cancel the invitation as long as it is pending.
Seats according to the plan
The number of members follows the owner's plan. At the limit, the invite button stays there and offers the next plan up, without blocking you.
Show everyone only what concerns them
You run several brands from a single environment, and a teammate should only work on one of them. The Editor role lets them edit; the Access tab decides what they see. The other pages drop out of their lists, with no extra environment to create and maintain.

Frequently asked questions
Can a member see my other environments?
No. A member accesses the environments they were invited to, and nothing else.
Can I change a member’s role?
Yes, at any time, from the member list. Nobody can edit their own membership.
How do I revoke access?
From the member list, in one click, with confirmation. The person keeps their account and personal space.
Can a Reader change a page by accident?
No. A Reader opens the editor read-only: action buttons are disabled. They see the pages and their statistics, nothing more.
Who can limit access to an element?
The environment owner and its administrators. They keep access themselves whatever the list says: the Access column marks them Always, and that entry cannot be removed.
What does a member see once their access is removed?
The page leaves their lists and its edit link no longer opens. The published page stays online: access lists govern the workspace, not the address you shared.
