An environment is shared by invitation. Each member gets a role that says what they can see and edit, and the owner keeps control of the space.

Three roles, one owner
The owner created the environment and can transfer it. Members get one of three roles, changeable at any time by an administrator.
- Administrator: manages the environment, its members and element visibility
- Editor: creates and edits pages, short links and tags
- Reader: views elements and their statistics
An invitation by email
The person already has an account: they get a notification and accept or decline. They have none: they get a sign-up link, their account is validated on the spot and they join the environment at once. Invitations can be cancelled while pending.
Seats depending on the plan
The number of members per environment depends on its owner’s plan. When the limit is reached, the invite button stays available and offers the next plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can a member see my other environments?
No. A member accesses the environments they were invited to, and nothing else.
Can I change a member’s role?
Yes, at any time, from the member list. Nobody can edit their own membership.
How do I revoke access?
From the member list, in one click, with confirmation. The person keeps their account and personal space.
