Frequently asked questions
How many environments can I create?
The personal space is included in every plan. Additional environments depend on the plan, up to unlimited.
Can an element move from one environment to another?
Yes, from its options, to an environment where you are an administrator. Its tags and access list start again from scratch, its statistics follow it. By default, an element stays in the environment where it was created.
What if the owner leaves the team?
They first transfer ownership to another member, then can leave the environment. The environment carries on with its new owner.
How do I know which environment I am working in?
The selector at the top of the menu shows its name and its colour. The lists of pages, short links, tags and the library only show what belongs to it.
Can I delete my personal space?
No. The personal space is created on sign-up: it cannot be deleted or transferred, and it goes with the account. Other environments are deleted from their own record.
What happens when I delete an environment?
Its pages, short links, tags and members are deleted with it. The action cannot be undone, and the screen says so before you confirm.
